Fuel Filters

Water-separating:

Many Easterner fuel filters are water separators designed to collect water from gasoline before it reaches the engine. Key features include:

• A clear, easy-viewing bowl with a drain plug for water removal.
• A rubber indicator ring that floats when water is present.
• A 10-micron filter element to remove small particles and water.
• Compatibility with 2-stroke and 4-stroke gasoline engines (not suitable for diesel fuel).

In-line:

Easterner also produces disposable in-line fuel filters with a nylon mesh element. These are compatible with various fuel hose sizes, including 6mm, 8mm, and 10mm.

Oil Filters

Easterner offers oil filters designed as replacements for specific engine types, such as Mercury and OMC/BRP. These are typically spin-on filters that attach directly to the engine.

Features and Specifications

• Filter capacity:
  Water-separating fuel filters can handle approximately 180 liters per hour.

• Materials:
  Filters may feature composite or alloy filter heads.

• Ports and barbs:
  Some models include multiple threaded ports (e.g., 5/16" NPT) and come with hose barbs in different sizes (e.g., 8mm, 10mm).

• Replacement parts:
  Replacement clear bowls and filter elements are available for select models.
