Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging (if applicable).
  • Non-returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons, such as fishing hooks, baits, and personalized/customized products. We will clearly state if an item is non-returnable at the time of purchase.

How to Return an Item

  2. Prepare the Return: Include the original receipt or proof of purchase along with the item. Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid any damage during return shipping.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items

Order Cancellations
