- Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

- Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery address of your order. The available shipping methods and their associated costs will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.

- Express Shipping: Typically delivered within 2-3 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors such as public holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
4. Free Shipping
Free shipping promotions are subject to change and may have exclusions. Please check the promotion details at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
- After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@empirefishingandboating.com or (02) 4309 6609 with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will assist you with arranging a replacement or a refund.
- Lost Items: If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window or appears to be lost, please contact us. We will help track the package and file a claim with the carrier if necessary.
7. Shipping Restrictions
- Shipping to P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. Boxes for certain products, but please note that some carriers may restrict delivery methods to P.O. Boxes. For faster delivery, we recommend providing a street address.
- Australia Only: We currently only ship to addresses within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
